What Did You Miss Last Year?
New Year’s Eve has always been a night of celebration.
But every year allows us to make it feel a little different.
Last year, we introduced a new dinner experience at Burlington Convention Centre, something beyond the traditional New Year’s Eve meal.
The idea was simple: How could we elevate the celebration beyond the countdown and give guests something to experience throughout the evening? The answer was our live-action food stations. The stations quickly became one of the highlights of the night.
A Different Way to Experience Dinner
Sometimes, elevating an experience doesn’t mean changing everything.
It means taking something familiar and giving people a new way to enjoy it.
Our live-action stations brought more energy to the dining room. Guests could move between stations, discover something new, return to their favourites, and enjoy dinner at their own pace.
It became less about sitting down for a meal and more about experiencing the evening.
And So, We’re Bringing It Back
This year, the live-action food stations return, along with the details that make the evening feel complete. Mocha Brown sets the tone—warm, rich and sophisticate
The open bar keeps the evening flowing, while live music and a live DJ carry the celebration from dinner into the night.
The evening begins with fresh salads and pasta before moving to a Hot Entrée Station featuring freshly carved Prime Rib. For dessert, the Chocolate Fountain with European pastries adds a little indulgence, while the Late-Night Table keeps the food going well into the night.
Then comes midnight. The Champagne Toast and Balloon Drop bring everyone together for the countdown, with party favours adding another festive touch.
That’s what we love about hosting our yearly New Year’s Eve Celebration: creating a complete experience from the first course to the final countdown.
